1、內(nèi)鏡蓋好防水帽掛于主機(jī)上;

1. Cover the endoscope with a waterproof cap and hang it on the host;

2、打開光源開關(guān);

3、將測漏器插入主機(jī);

4、檢查測漏器壓力;

5、測漏器與鏡子相連接;

6、充氣3秒鐘看鏡子前頭是否漏氣;

二、清理先端頭

2、 Clean the leading end

1．用抬鉗座夾住先端頭，蓋玻璃面朝上，將1mm直徑的鋼棒對著鉗子管出口位金屬接頭，用小錘敲擊，直到把金屬接頭連著部分鉗子管往下脫出，接著用小號一字批將殘余在鉗子管安裝孔里的AB膠清理干凈；

1. Use the pliers holder to clamp the front end, with the glass cover facing upwards. Place a 1mm diameter steel rod towards the metal joint at the outlet of the pliers tube, and tap it with a small hammer until the metal joint is partially detached from the pliers tube. 2．將合適的鋼棒插進(jìn)空心的像束金屬部，用斜口鉗夾住露出先端頭外的金屬部，把金屬頭完全夾取出來。

3．用磨尖的小號批，在放大鏡下清理像束安裝孔壁的AB膠，（小心不能碰到物鏡，以免刮花物鏡）直到干凈后把物鏡倒出來，（有時需要用力敲擊先端頭才能倒出來）然后一手用鑷子夾住物鏡，一手用鑷子夾鏡頭紙，沾酒精把貼在物鏡上的光學(xué)膠拭擦掉，直至鏡片干凈無塵。

3. Use a sharpened small batch to clean the AB adhesive on the wall of the image beam installation hole under a magnifying glass (be careful not to touch the objective lens to avoid scratching the objective lens) until it is clean.
